Edit: [USACO](https://usaco.org/index.php) has a new format this year apparently which could potentially change things. TL;DR there will be three contests between January and February that will be used to select people into the Open / Proctored Invitational Round in March. Not sure how many people will be selected for it / how the contest will work.
